Geek Out #134

Did you know that Rick Moranis had his own cartoon?  It was Gravedale High, an NBC production where he voiced the only human at a monster school.  He was a teacher who looked like...Rick Moranis.  Anyway, I wish I had known about in 1990 because this show rocked!  I have presented to you, dear reader, the first episode.  Every type of monster is covered.  My favorite is Gill Waterman, obviously inspired by Creature From the Black Lagoon.  He's a surfer voiced by Jackie Earle Haley (!).  Elsewhere, Cleofatra (as voiced by Ricki Lake) is a plump mummy.  Mr. Tutner is another rotund mummy, only he's voiced by Tim fucking Curry!
